Belgian designer Sarah Levy materializes our contemporary habits in the form of accessories. Exhibiting our attachement — sometimes pathological — to everyday objects, the Belgian designer subverts our daily life with humour and poetry. She proposes pieces that are deliberately hybrid « solutions » that make the body oscillate between increased capacity and incapacity between freedom and obstruction

Sarah Levy introduces the second chapter of her accessory line Habit inspired from our contemporary behaviors. Following her experimental approach to accessories she unveils six new «habits». Each piece, linked to an everyday object that has become a fetish or to the gestures that accompany it, is designed to offer a material solution, both practical and offbeat, to our contemporary habits. Reconciling strangeness, humour and comfort, Tits Bag, Sleeve Bag, Finger Mittens, Pocket Cap, Curtain Cap, Curtain Hat are meant to be useful in their primary approach and to make everyday life fun and functional.
